π Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
β Eligible for Return
- Item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags.
β Not Eligible for Return
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Items bought on final sale or clearance.
- Beauty or skincare products (for hygiene reasons), unless damaged in transit.

- Our team will get back within 24β48 hours with next steps.
- Once approved, our logistics partner will arrange for reverse pickup.
- After receiving and inspecting the item, weβll initiate a refund or replacement.

- Refund will be issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer.
